I found a couple of my old Toyota receipt’s ,
one form 2000 for front fenders
And one for 4 wheels in 2006
These are from Canada.
Wheels I paid $63 each ,
fenders $234 each Canadian.
I wonder what the prices are like today. Cheers all.
Crazy eh!

Back in 1995 bought a set of OEM bows, Kayline top and soft doors for $150. That included the windshield channel and second of door windows including vent window weatherstripping. Around the same time a set of rust free doors off of a 75 for $25 apiece. Just a small sample of how affordable this hobby use too be.

Ya it was very affordable I used To sell off my hard tops for $150-200 bucks, rearends for $100 front disc front ends complete $150. Ouch. Lol

Cool thanks guys these where my final price’s in hand. , all said and done and in Canadian dollars
US dollars would be even cheaper.
I see guys buying wheels they say they paid $130 US dollar each wheel. Interesting
Cheers all. .

To bad they didn't know they needed them 15 or 20 years ago.

I remember them days.
I had bought two new fenders and a front bib for my FJ40 back in the early 90’s.

Paid $2,800 for my first FJ40 in around 2000-2001. It was a 1975 hard top, everything worked, only issues were a little rust on the rear sill and a big dent in the passenger quarter. Wish I could find that same deal today.

Bought this 76 in 2007 for $2,500.

If you knew where to look it was listed on Mud for over a year. I knew of this 76 for over ten years before I bought. No price was originally list and it was actually trashed by members based on faded paint.and the condition of seats. I figured $10,000+ would be the price and never inquired. Once a price was posted was second in line. Luckily first person wanted another restored 76 with a V8 the seller also had. That one was $17K.
