Bob,

Whats the thickest material you can use for rocker panels?

Bob,

Sorry if I missed this in an earlier post (I'm new to the forums), but are those floorpans still available? If so, how much for the drivers side?

I would like to thank BobM on the 4th of July for his hard work and genuine USA made products!

(obviously not the bumper or the seat frame...lol)

I have a lot of work to do....

Are any of these parts still available I am restoring a 72' iron pig and I need to get some of the body done as quickly as possible before I loose the whole thing.

Npulver what seat frame is that I need one so I can place some bucket seats into my FJ

Walkerm916,

That seat frame is from Corbeau seats. #F646T fits all years. I used one, also. You will have to modify it, in order to use the rear heater. At least I did.

J Mack. I use .090 crs.

Thanks Bob.

Bob,

I’m to the part of replacing rocker panels and looking at my current rockers I needed sliders mutable times and I’m trying to make my Pig look reasonably factory without all the round tubing you see on the Jeeps for protection.

So I feel the need to have .125” or thicker panels and I’m wondering if you could roll the lower outer section up from 1/8” or 3/16” and keep the inner section .090”? I have a local shop that will do it but I hate spending the time to reinvent the wheel especially since you’ve done such a good job on these.

Thank you!

I REALLY wish I'd seen this thread sooner. I could've used a driverside rear quarter. Hindsight I suppose. This is some awesome work you're doing Bob.

You mentioned body mounts and I believe you bought yours from SOR which has since discontinued them. Are you making the body mounts now?

Bob, I'm rebuilding a '78 fj55. What's the best way to order patch panels body mounts from you?

Thanks! Rocky

Greetings,

I'm pretty new to the FJ55 scene, and from what I see you are providing an amazing service for those of us looking to keep these vehicles on the road and in shape. Thank you!

The attached photo is the front PS (obvious I guess) in my '76. I am definitely going to need to get the support from you (and a bunch of other metal) but am not sure if I can patch the floor or need to get a floor piece from you. Thoughts?
TIA.

wow, got to say what i have seen here is amazing! Bob you're a genius!

I have a piggy that i'm starting to do up and for the most part is in pretty good condition..... except for the roof. It's shagged. Thegutter is quite good but where it arches up from the gutter is stuffed, with the rear being the worst. Would you be able to make up a panel that goes from the gutter up the the "sharp" curve for the full width of the rear? I haven't got pics of the rear, but here is the left side to let you know what i'm dealing with. Also, would be willing to make up say a 12" section of the lower sill? just the outer part?
