Well, after washing it up and getting a better look at them. They are toast.

I'm gonna try and fab in a round pipe for the radius, then mold the upper rocker material to it.

You can stud weld and pull them with a slide hammer and get them somewhat straight or you can keep the patina. Sadly, it doesn't look like you will get to do both. I assume they are all rusting from the inside out. Personally, I'd leave it and see if it "grows" on you. Or doesn't bug you too much. Wheelin' a truck with a little trail rash is a lot more fun than stressing over getting a pretty rig into a bad spot. It is all gonna' rust or burn man. :steer:

Mine were that bad before paint.
I used a slide hammer on them.
They aren't perfect but I don't worry about them either.
Obviously they're going to need paint after stud welding and pulling...

We need a link...
As I learned recently build threads are not Q&A they are show and tell and unless the OP specifically ask,,,, you need to keep quiet..

Which page?
Been hot minute since you was a young guy in college (BSME, but you didn’t finish the last year.) You might need to re-read the book!
