Did you have to call to get the correct harness? I've been having a hell of a time reaching them and it would appear you have to call them for the 62/LED combo.
Believe I did call. If I am not mistaken they had one guy that did the harnesses but only came in a few times a month. Had an issue post-delivery and we chatted and got it resolved.
Ever hear back from them?

No so I ordered one from Torfab which should work (or so I hope).

I have the torfab one and it works with stock wiring harness no problems.
Thanks. I appreciate it.

I already flipped the wires for Hellas. I'm assuming I need to return them to stock configuration (the inputs into the stock headlight plugs).

yes I had an upgraded ARB lighting harness and I had to return it to stock for the Torfab LED lights to work.

Thank you so much.

I ordered this set for my FJ62 and had issues from the word go. One low beam didnt work (worked on it several hours to figure this out), and once all plugged in low beams work, Only high beams work on High beam, with low beams barely visible (outers (low beam) are very dim where you can barely see them. They all worked correctly prior to install. Called Dapper and all Brandon would tell me was to "check the voltage."
That's very odd! Can you shoot me a me an email to ben@dapperlighting.com? We can go into the next level of tech support. Most of our calls are simple tech issues (voltage, polarity, etc). Sounds like we need to dig a little deeper.

Sounds good! Not sure if this is the same issue but we're aware of high beam light issue on positive ground vehicles. It's on our knock out list for this year to either include a module or revise our PCU chip set. We'll email about it when a fix is released.
Hi @dapperlighting,

Have y’all been able to fix this with a module or a revised PCU chip set? I’m ready to upgrade my FJ62 headlights and love your set up and love that they are made in the USA even more. I’m ok paying a little more for products knowing I am supporting small businesses who retain manufacturing on US soil.

Thanks so much @SirBeef for posting this! I live in Brentwood and might need some help if you’re available!

@SirBeef Thanks for the thorough post, as everyone has said, Great choice, good looking rig!! And awesome support from @dapperlighting glad they have been helpful and working with Cruiserheads to improve their product to make it even better for the FJ62!!

Once again great choice and nice setup!
