BE AWARE that the VIN in the listing is NOT for the vehicle he is selling. It is for an FJ62 that he was selling a few months ago.

There are a couple of flippers operating in WA.

If you're talking about Derrick Marks (he spells his first name differently in different places) a/k/a CruiserShack and some other Mud names, then yes it is possible that this ebay seller is affiliated with him in some way.

In the FS thread that is linked in the first post, D Marks/Cruisershack comes to the defense of this ebay seller.

The ebay guy's real name is Thomas Marks and he lives in Las Vegas.

Looks like he screwed some guy on an FJ80.

The poor sucker bought a rig off this scumbag sight unseen and figured out that it's a non-running POS. Now the buyer is trying to get out of the vehicle. He's fully disclosing the situation.

Anybody know what's wrong with the 80? The guy is still trying to get rid of it but he must have gotten hit hard because apparently he doesn't want let it go for probably under 6. Sound awfully high for a rig that needs work, but he's not being too specific on what's wrong. And I recently posted a POS here in Queens NY selling a ”1 owner" with 30k miles. That when you Google it come back as a salvage vehicle with over 200, that was sold to be dismantled, selling for over 9k. Shame really. Anyway, I'd be interested in this guy but need more info
