Lou I've got so many projects going on I don't know if I have time to make corners for everyone. But What I will do is make a template that you can download and cut out. Might make everything a little easier.

A little work done today. Front half of the exhaust is back in. Got the drivers door to line up well. Cut out the dents in the rear.

Sat in the cruiser for about 30 min and did absolutely nothing. I love this pig.

Marshall, in an earlier post you mentioned you found fog lights for the pig; I found the site but there was no contact info on it, did you ever find this info?
also you had pix of a very nice sheet metal holder from eastwood; have gone over their site several times and am unable to locate the item; can you point me in the right direction?
lastly, on your build thread noticed you have rust in your floor boards as most of us do and was thinking about cutting it out and doing away with the POR15 putty i rigged it with, welding in new metal........not really enthusiastic about flat plate.......had talked with you in the past about a bead roller; was at Harbor Freight last week and there was one for about 120 $; noticed that eastwoods is about the same price but appears to be better quality.......looks like it has zerks on it; any thoughts of fabbing the floor panels?, wouldn't mind splitting the costs of a beadroller.........haven't got any takes from Ehsan or Lomusas on fabbing them;

Check with Landpimp. He knows the part #. If you do get it post it up. I think CDan can get these. BUt the bracket you will have to fab.

Problem is I believe the floorboards were 16ga steel. I believe the rollers you and I looked at wouldn't work. I've got a cheaper solution that might work. I just need a little time to make it.

Marshall, how can we check on the thickness of the floor pans?; the bead rollers I have checked on supposedly can handle up to 18 gauge.................welcome other input as well;

Nice lights. Are those stock and still available? They would look good on my 45 as well. Part numbers as shown?

Lou I got them from Ralph Hayes Toyota. CDAN should be able to get them. I talked with Mot this morning and he said that was it. None in japan that he knows of. So if you want them you had better get them now. There were few left.

Just so everyone is clear.

Fog lights are from Toyota

Cdan is your man to order them.

Don't know how many are left but From my conversations with people there are just a few left.

Part # is 81210-60010

The mounting bracket is no longer available. I'm working on a reproduction. Don't have a time frame.

MOT has the fog light switch available. You will have to wire them up with a relay on your own. Don't actually know if all 55's came with the wires in the harness. Some did that I'm aware of.

Pretty sure it goes in the blank spot beside the rear heater switch. I always wondered what that hole was for.

Marshall; great info..........just ordered a set ........better to go through Ralph Hayes Toyota phones 800-868-8066/864-226-1571 as they are the ones who do the ordering and CDan pointed me to them also the contact person there who took yours and my order is Ricky Martin; Tim Martin also knows about the fogs .........need to mention TLCC/MUD to get the club discount..........now have to bug ya again.........who is MOT?? need to know for the fog lightswitch..........thanks again

If Mot can still get them from Toyota then there is no need to make the knobs yet. I'll wait till they run out. Plus I told hime I wouldn't make them until they did. He found them. He should reap the rewards. Plus he is a really good guy.
