A little contrast on the bezel is always good. Match that contrast to the wheels??

No brainer...you have to go with flat black rims in this case.....and you have to flip the bezel.

Shiny black for the bezel and rims?
I like white wagon wheels better than the black, and I'd take the opportunity to paint the bezel white while its off the truck to flip over.

i would keep everything the flat black though...no shiny anywhere even on the bezel...looks great.

I turned the truck over so the bezel would be right. Will post more photos this weekend. Sticking with with flat black bezel for now.

I know I'm the minority but I like a black Bezel
I think you're right to stay with the flat black....it looks fantastic...definitely would not go glossy with the paint being flat....would just look wrong...I'd only do a flat black rim, or satin at most.....keeps the look right to me. This isn't stock here so I'd say you nailed the look.
I dig the white bezel, white rims, white top. everything else colored.
Do this.
I painted a Camaro flat black in high school. People kept asking me when I was going to paint it.
I saw a 70 blazer that was matte black with gloss black flames. It was sweet.
My vote would be for gloss black bezel or gloss white for the bezel and roof cap.
Normally black roof caps look terrible. Though i have come across a few colors that contrast well.

I always liked dark bronze wheels on black, but that's just me...
