We have one of those cookie cutters also. The same guy also makes an FJ60 cutter; bought one for my son that has my 60 now.

Don't wash and dry them in the dishwasher on hot/high.
I now have a rollover 40 cookie cutter

To be fare I think they include a note to not dry in dishwasher but I didn't pass that along to the dishwasher

Correct - not dishwater safe.
Hand wash and air dry ONLY.
