How it looks installed.
Reinstalled the seat with an adjustment so the Wife can drive the rig.
Maybe I won't have to cartch a ride with Woody at SnT this year.
I also had to raise it 1 1/4" so she could see over the steering wheel.
Right...I see what youre saying. The higher that trans hump goes, the more difficult it is to run the seat cradle.
The route you took for the trans hump was the way I was originally gonna go with mine. Just and patch. However, the triple sticks made life difficult for that.

Rubber mat back in on top of the U-Pol bed liner.

Found the problem with my rear brakes.
They have been my enemy for 7 months (SnT).
When I had a new SS Braided line made of the rear, the tip must have broke off. I had the tip of the alignment spindle inside the brake line. Impossible to bleed. it acted as a one way valve. You could blow air through it one way but not the other.
I replaced the brake line end and took it for a test drive. The brakes work now.

Rear license plate bracket assy is mounted.

Rebuilt the rear latch assy as needed.
Drilled out 6 broken bolts.
The "T" handle on the inside would not work with the roll cage so I made an "L" handle instead and removed the outer handle all together.
Bottom pic is if you were sticking your head in through the rear hatch.

Hydraulic Clutch Master bracket fabbed up and installed.

To verify, I have measurements of 61.5" wide and 59.5" long - basket to have 6" sides - radius to match an FJ40 tub at rear and a tighter radius at the cab end. Right?

Just thinking....do you want to still be able to open the rear hatch with the rack on.....might be nice, but we'll have to shorten the basket to clear the opening radius of the hatch:
Also, you'll mount those struts so the basket lifts up from the driver's side, right? And....we need to figure out a mounting system for the rack that will allow you to have room for these tall boxes underneath, correct?

The rear hatch will be cracked opened to get some air flow while driving and only fully opened during an emergency such as a rollover.
Is that the 4" tall Rack?

If the basket/rack is built with floor support, the boxes sitting on thier side near the tailgate will be layed flat in the rack.

Upgraded some brake components with a Marlin Brake Master and an 80 series booster. (Need to bleed the brakes again)
Installed the rear hatch window. Found out there are two sizes of glass depending on which gasket you have.
Installed the heater plumbing on the inside and finished up the duct work.
Installed the heater control valve and got some ideas on how to plumb it into the engine.
Now I can finish the wiring under the dash.

I've gotten tired of buying the defroster hoses from sor only to have the 90's dry rot out within a year.
