Front....Dunno yet..

X2 .. rears looks really ready to fit there .. fronts looks a bit off ..

I figure there will be at least two rigs to sleep in between. I just have to wake up before someone gets a sense of humor :D

X? on the rears, not so much the fronts.

How about these I think they are heep flares trimmed

I don't think the flares look right, but do what you have to to make it legal.

I like the rear, not so much on the front.

Dan, if you decide no, I'll buy the rear flares? Where did you get them? Are they heep flares?

If your thinking "I'd hate to even touch those front fenders", sounds like we all all onboard here..;)

Sounds like we need to come up with a non-invasive solution to make you legal.

Duct tape and cardboard when CHP is involved?:D

Dan,

I know we're getting down to the wire a bit for Alaska, but I'd look at the steel rears' that Lance used on the FZJ40. I think IPOR sells these as a weld on kit. To me they look a helluva lot better than flares. But I know you've already painted so...

Rear fenders are in the original plan. My openings are not stock radius so there is no bolt on kit that would work. They will tie into the rear of the slider and the wind on the bumper. I just don't have time to take it to FC Fabrication in Stockton and leave it for a week. If I did, I would probably end up with a headache rack. LOL

I really don't want to get a ticket that is as much as a set of custom fenders.

If you want to be funky you might be rig something up with EMT tubing and a bender and tek screw some of your belting on there and velcro to the body (?) with detachable mounting points so they could be reattached after the trek.. Just a thought..
