Awesome rig! Good luck with sale. Do you have any info on the OEM part time transfer case?
Thanks! And yes it is an HF1A. It has the same 4x4 actuator as the full time but no center diff. It is shorter than the full time too. same bolt pattern as the full time to transmission. Front driveshaft can remain the same but you will need to lengthen the rear.

Cool thanks! That would be nice to have a factory part time instead of the aftermarket

Bump Willing to trade or accept lower offers. I need to get something that can carry all my kids. PM, text or call!

I currently have it up for 17,500 on CL but am VERY negotiable as I understand that although I may have pretty close to 20k in this, people don't want to buy "projects"...

Good luck with sale, and agreed, it is hard to sell something different like this.

Thanks also for posting pics of your work, as I referenced your pics when building my son's ute.

Thanks! I get looks, thumbs up, and comments on how bad ass this truck is all the time. It really is cool but I just need something that I can carry all the kids in now.

IMO you should finish it completely so there's nothing left for the new buyer to do, paint and everything and then relist it. As you mentioned earlier, people generally don't like buying something that could turn into a rabbit hole for them - not saying that's what this is, but it could easily be interpreted that way.

Secondly, and I apologize in any way if this sounds insulting, because I can't imagine how much this took to build, but even at $15k I think you are way over what you can expect for this rig. Buyers can purchase a fully built, non-chopped 80 for around that price now and since you are in an incredibly niche market with it's current state, I'd imagine you'll have a lot of trouble selling it for that price.

All that said, this is just my opinion and should be taken with a grain of salt. This is an awesome truck and personally I would love to have it. GLWS!
