Fastest 200-series in the quarter mile

Hey all,
There was a drag racing event in Qatar a few weeks ago, and an LC200 participated in it.
As far as I know, it’s the fastest time recorded for a 200-series in the quarter mile, so I thought it’d be interesting to share it with the rest of the world.

I thoroughly enjoy his Instagram feed. He’s always out street racing quick looking little coupes and seems to pull away from nearly everything. I’m curious if he’s still on factory axles.

And I don’t personally think the Toyota Speed record 200 would necessarily beat it in the 1/4 mile. Likely at a top speed run with unlimited distance available but Toyota didn’t build theirs to launch quickly.

3.27s to 100kph is damn quick. Definitely an impressive achievement, although I'm not sure I see the point in a vehicle of this size.
