Is it only the blue hub fan clutch that can be modified with heavier fluid? mine has a black hub. Is there a good replacement? AC is kicking off in 100 plus days on slow climbs.

considering he has a black hub fan clutch, I'd bet his truck is not OBDII
according to Tools R Us, you can go to 10K CST for the black hub clutch
I would go one step further and send Tools R Us your "best of the breed" old black fan clutch and have it juiced up and calibrated, and tested. No one knows these fan clutches better.
some reaons I think it is just the clutch:
Never get hot at speed
If I drop a gear or two and raise rpms it cools down fast
fan turns very easy, one figure push when turned off even when warmed up.
Another question is this a good replacement: 16210-80FZ Fan Clutch 8/1992-1997 FZJ80 Shimahide (Japan) [from Man-a-free] Napa can geet me a whatever cheap but I want to do it right.
and any link to this Tool-r us fellow?
Yes hub looks Black
Thanks
