I was considering 13B-T engine too, but here in Europe is not easy to find, and if you find is expensive. My cousin KIKE put a 1KZ-TE on the LJ-70, fantastic engine, but the only problem is the head-engine

i have 1kzt engine on my lj70 , but i have no problem with the head - engine. Is true, i have cut off the exhaust and i have increased the rad.
I also check every time i drive the level off antifreeze.
The engine has no intercooler and original turbo.
I used this car for off road 80% time.

Any info around on the LJ70 with the external cage and rear winch?

I'd like to know more about the rear winch install, is the rear chassis member removed, or does it go through the rear chassis member, etc.?

And does it have non-standard diffs, based on the extra width of the wheels/flares, or does it have wheel spacers or large offset wheels?

The rear chassis member is removed to install the rear winch!

Yep, Non-standard diffs ...

...the all axles using this group of friends "QUINTANILLAS 4x4" from Toyota 80 Series with Factory Lockers (Rear/Front), also 1HD-T / KZT Engines, etc etc etc etc etc etc etc
