I played musical cars to get this beast in the shop tonight. Transport company dropped my importer out of Portlans Patrol off for full armor.

6" Tough Dog on 37s..... SHE'S TALL!

Those are for my 100. Not an option for the sliders and they are 1.25" wider than the standard offering and a larger OD tube.

I love the look of the freshly polished steel.. it’d be cool if you powdered them in a clear coat so everyone can see the finer details of your work!

Between your custom UCA and the axles you had built - this 100 is gonna be nuts!

I see you went with the ST Maxx’s again. What method wheels were you considering?

I like the Maxx for a utility tire (DD to moderate trails). But prefer the STT Pro for hard wheeling. 308 ROOST for the wheels. I hate that cheesy fake beadlock look of all their others in the "street" category.

UPS called and said wheels and tires arrived. I've been under the weather and my UPS and Fed Ex guys are awesome. They give me a call when they are a few minutes out. Now just a few days to get better, wait for my TourFlex kits that are supposed to be here tomorrow. Then the UCAs and CrMo axles.

4:88s and locker is ordered too.

Tires and wheels balanced.

ComeUp winch arrived for aluminum bumper build. Still waiting on aluminum spindles for rear bumper. Front bumper is drawn and ready to cut.

Removed the running boards and hot all the bolts and nuts sprayed down with Kroil.

2.5" Heavy TourFlex suspension with 53mm front and 45mm adjustables, new Trail Tailor UCAs (went to powder today), diff drop, RLCAs and RUCAs, adjustable panhard bar and extended sway links ready to install when I get back.

Sliders are at the powder coater as well.

3/4" body lift pucks are finishing up at the machine shop. These will be a TT offering in a few weeks as well.

I'll be making a plate aluminum rack for this build as well to mount my Trail Tailor hardshell tent to.

Tell us more about the TT hardshell tent! What sets it apart from others on the market? What’s the max occupancy? Total weight? That thing looks awesome!

2 person 51 x 83 sleep area

I had them upgrade all the fabric weights, waterproof as well
YKK up sized zippers
1" aluminum scissor framing with stainless hinges.
double coated UV gel coat (approx. 90 mil thickness)
diamond pleated finished and padded headliner
1.2" overlap on closure lip
3" high density foam and coil mattress
telescopic ladder (which I won't use as I will have a ladder off the rear bumper)
LED lighting and 26000mAh charger/power source
Weight 129# (less 9.2# for ladder)

Cost approx. 50% less than other offerings (1500.00) but no one was interested when I brought this to the floor last year when i brought my regular RTTs to market. I've sold 83 RTTs this past year, all with excellent feedback.
