I just use one of these but I have been meaning to try one like you posted above.

• Range: 3/4 In. to 2-1/2 In. (19 mm to 64 mm)
• Controlled pressure for faster, smoother honing action
• Includes 3 medium (22) grit 1-1/8 In. stones
• Flexible shaft

Thanks! Where did you find the 1200, 2000, & 3000 grit stones? i have been searching and can only find 500 grit replacement stones.

I just have the one set on the hone. The others are wet sanding with a piece of paper wrapped around a bit that is wrapped in a small piece of Scotchbrite pad. It takes a bit to get the paper to wrap tight enough to fit in the cylinder but it allows the drill press to spin the paper instead of doing it by hand.

Alright guys, I got the fittings and the project is a go.

Will be making this brake hose available in under 2 months. It will be done to DOT spec of course.
