Downey rear bumper

I'm a newby who recently purchased a 78 FJ40. TODAY I was ready to place an order from Downey for the coolest rear bumper and have now found they went out of business on July 31.

Does anyone know if anyone else carries something similar or if these can still be found through someone else? Thanks in advance for your help.

Or go straight to the source. I believe it is the user "lcwizard" who makes the 4+ line for MAF.

I was also surprised they were gone. This economy has taken some good people down.

I am buying the front bumper from Man-a-Free but they don't have a rear as clean as the Downey.

I appreciate the responses. I will have many questions for this group.

I was real close to buying a TC adapter from them last week, bought it from AA instead. Maybe a good thing I did.

Downey is gone? Are you sure? I swear I was on their site this morning looking at springs. Or was it yesterday... Hmmm. Sure enough it is not respondng now.

Grrr, I had a list of stuff I was going to buy from them, including a t-case adapter.

Hate to see them go under, they been around a long time.

Nick, I don't see any rear bumpers for a 40 on their site. Am I missing something?
