Do y’all know if the window frames for the 79-83 models are the same dims as the 84-89? Reason being is I want to swap some vent windows in my ‘82 and there’s a lot more doors laying around for the later models. Thanks!

Can't say for sure. But highly unlikely.
Just looking at images, you can see that the quarter windows come in to the main window in different places along the front angle and the 84'~'88 is smaller in proportion to the main window.

Yeah, I got too big for my britches for whatever reason thinking mr. Toyota had those in the same size frame. Thanks.
