Wow, the static weight load must be incredibly high with a serious rack (such as Gamiviti)...The roof itself is rated for 440 lbs dynamic weight. Your chosen rack and tent will be fine.

Good point, never thought of it like that...Think about the structural rigidity needed in a roll over to not crush everyone inside.
I dont think you could overload the roof itself unless you were trying to carry another hundy, but then again, the roof should be solid enough to hold the weight of the vehicle itself.
