Nice lights

Wow. That is an impressive amount of light. What is the amps drawn on that set up? I am no electrical engineer but does it require anything more than the a stock alternator and a single 12 v battery?

Any chance for another group buy anytime soon?

The amp on that setup is 30.08AMP's. There is no need to upgrade anything on your vehicle. js93 has roughly 29,000 lumens (not including headlights) coming from the front of his 80

I've been working hard on some new products for 2014. 100% American made. Hand built in Atlanta, GA. All components are also sourced from the USA. At our next meeting, I will be discussing the possibility to anodize them OEM Toyota colors to add a little extra flare. Standard color will be black. There is also gold plating inside :).

The 10" X.BAR Uses 5 LED's to produce 6000 Lumens while consuming only 50W of power. Some of the most popular comparable bars on the market use 20 LED's to produce just 5740 lumens while consuming 65W of power.

I was reviewing this thread and wondering the if you were going to move forward with a higher output LED. 10 watts?

All I have to say is awesome! I can't wait to see the final product. I almost purchased a laser star discovery series bar a couple of times, but the price kept holding me back.

Dang it nick.... Now I have to buy more lights now that your coming out with new ones!!

2000UZJ, did you ever finalize a web site to purchase your lights? Or was the site just going to be used for the group buy?

want...

I should have the new TRS x.bar soon and I'll post a comparison on it vs. the Rigid, Baja Designs and eBay bars I'm running. I'm excited since the price is great and they're running 5000k LEDs which make a HUGE difference over the Rigid and knock-off bars in terms of usable light.

Running two 6 inch 2100 lumen light bars on my HFS bumper. Driver side spot and passenger side flood. LED's are the only way to go as for as I am concerned.

Those new bars are sweet! Looking forward to seeing more.

Sent from my HTC6500LVW

I'm sold and will want a set of LED lights for my 60. If there is a group buy coming up, count me in.

I little progress today. We are still waiting on a few parts to come in. Here is the light bar breakdown.

Since gold is the best conductor (or one of them), we chose to run a gold plated bar through the entire housing, giving the best output throughout.

A few more. Details to come in a separate thread.

A double stack 10" X.Bar puts out 6,000 lumens more than the traditional 32" LED Light Bar...which already puts out ~13,600 lumens
