The angles locate the outside of the bow tube at the outside edge of the middle of the radius of the bend at the back of the tub. I don't have any installed images.

Pinhead when you built your bows how did you do the bottom of the rear bow? I guess my question is if the bow is centered and lined up with the outer edge of the tub does it really matter what angles I use to get it there? I'm planning on buying some prebent 90 corners with 1.5 clr and maybe two 180 so I can maybe use a 35 and 55 degree bend

I don't think the exact angle is going to matter too much as long as it clears the tub and is not too high. Still, why not try to make it as close to stock as possible. I tried bending the tube to make a rear bow and I couldn't get the 2 inch radius without flattening the tube. It is easier to buy pre-bent pieces and weld them in.

2 5/16 is the only width measurement any one would give me thanks far anyway this was from real steel bows anyone else have any input before i cut up these hard top sides

Great write up pinhead hope paki top fits. Thinking of making some adjustability in the center bow up and down and the spreaders front to back not sure best way to do it yet

Looking good.
The front retaining C tube stops at the front edge of the vertical C tube.
