Nice 31 miles on the road bike this morning down the coast to a bluff above a famous surf spot called Tressles. It was packed.

Near Stanley ID. Decided to do a lap around Redfish. Damn, that was a bitch of a ride/ hike. Little bit of everything.

Near the back side before another steep incline.

About to the finish line. Should have jumped in. Could have used it, I might have been near death by then lol.

My favorite ride in Stanley. 14 miles never feels like 25 on that trail. Specially if they haven't cleared the blow downs. The burgers at the Lodge will keep you motivated though.

Lmao, I was so tired by the time I hit the lodge I was all about stopping for some sort of energy. Decided I was out a bit long and just got back to the camper so the wife didn’t freak out.

Did my local 8.25 mile loop. Crisp, cool, dry morning. A bit of rain yesterday made for the “hero” dirt today. Hooee, fast frickin’ ride. Railing the turns like no one’s business.

Fastest ride of the season.

Out again Wednesday- 13-15 miler. Depends how I’m feeling at mile 13.

Hammered out my 11 mile loop. Fastest ride this year on the loop, too. Got my wildlife fix; flushed two bucks sleeping in a field. Leaping just like the John Deere logo. Later, saw a Great Blue Heron flying lazily by. Finally, flushed out of another field a Juvenile Bald Eagle. Not even 10 feet from me. Dang, here in Eastern Mass, you rarely see a Bald Eagle.

Felt quick, light and strong.

Spin tomorrow, then shorter ride Sat. morning.

Early evening spin. Beautiful out here in the PNW. This bike is as old as me so we can feel outdated together. Hahaha
