Your a man after my own heart. Below is a photo of the 4 foot long tool, with a 2 piece handle that i made to hold the pinion flang of a diesel truck that i modified to hold my Land Cruiser crank balancer. Along side of it is my 6 foot long, 1200 foot pound torque wrench also from my diesel repair days. Those two tools makes easy work of removing, and replacing any crank pulley bolt..but I'm more of a 'proper tool for the job' kinda guy.
