Hijacking my own thread: Worked up some designs for my own truck last night...

1/2" steel, 1" hole, CNC bent, replaces the ole factory shipping tie downs....will work with other models with same under frame bolt patterns

Two versions 🤔 Not sure which I like more

I'd buy those.

I'd be in for a set of two of either style, as long as they are radiused for soft shackles. Any idea of ballpark cost?

I can look into that this week. Throwing them on the HAAS for radiuses is probably going to be where the cost comes in...I'll update once I get them into solidworks Monday at work. 👍🏻 My assumption is probably around $100-120 or so for a set (ballpark)

Will those recovery brackets come powdered? I’m interested. Anything else you plan on making?
Yeah, I will be looking into P/C these. I know our current lead time on P/C at the shop is 3 weeks so I might have to outsource that. I am working on a few other things such as weld together bumper kits (eventually), roof racks, skid plates, as well as the hidden winch mount that I already do.

Too all who ordered, tools will be shipping out tomorrow via USPS Priority Mail, tracking will be updated once I have them all packaged.

As for inventory, I made a few extra today due to demand so if anyone else needs one I think I have 4 remaining from this batch.

Recovery points will be available soon.

Thanks 🤙🏻

I was going to ship these bare...but I decided to prime and paint them atleast...I can't promise a lifetime lasting finish but I suppose it's better than bare? If there's runs or dust in the paint I apologize :flipoff2:

I'll take an E for effort 🤷🏻🍻

Great job Sir......!

And incredibly FAST from concept to production. A++++++++++ 👍

Just received the tool today. Can I have one more, that's not beautiful, so I can use it?

This is by far the best looking tool I have now! Most excellent job!

@CPACruiser is now my favorite tool vendor. Sorry Joey, you're still on the podium, though!
