if you could - would you please do pearl white roof and lower body side(up to / over fenders)

and flat black hood, wrapping over sides tied into thin black stripe along upper body side (over fenders)

my favs are the OD green, and desert tan. i would think one might look cool with that gloss primer grey looking color that audi uses.

I definitely think I'll go with the desert camo. My truck is already painted in gold so that "jams painting" should be no big deal. Plus the desert camo just seems to match the 80s style and capability. I've always imagined seeing 80s being used in the Middle East and jumping off sand dunes while dodging land mines and helicopters

Picking up a Dark Emerald Pearl next weekend and the hood is faded pretty good but the rest is good so not requiring a repaint. Any Ideas of colors to cover the center hood section similar to the ones here. Desert Tan maybe and then also the wheel flares. It's really only the center section of the hood that is bad. Any thoughts or photo shops for me?

I have the same color and from what I have been told its only a matter of time before other parts of the truck start to peel/fade. Mine is now on the roof and some of the flares. Still keeping my options open but may break down and do a flat black streak on the hood as a temp fix. I def will shy away from a $6K job, but not sure if I want to keep the same color or do somethign different.

I saw a totally decked out cruiser the other day in olive green. Obviously not a stock paint job. It looked awesome. I wonder if anyone in Utah County has an olive green 80?

Hmmm. I think I'm thinking of more like a British Racing Green, wasn't there a 40 series color , maybe rustic green? Anyhow, darker on the green, please, if you have the time.Thanks!

I would still like to see a Dark Emerald Green with desert sand or tan or coyote tan or coyote brown accents like bumpers and racks etc. My paint is good but once verything else gets added on it will need some color.

Gotta say I kind of like this one... reminds me of the "sage green" colour that '94ish Toyota trucks came in, always liked that.

To me 80's don't look great in bright colours, I think an FJ40, or FJ Cruiser could pull off bright colours, but not an 80 for some reason.
