So with just a quick look this morning I think this is where it goes.

Routing on the intercooler goes through the front frame rail after you hole saw it right?

Love this! Sub'd!

Quick question. As I'm new to the forums I'm not sure who Dustin is, does he have a website with this kit listed or something like that?

Well still waiting for all the big parts to get here. Got board today and decided to mount up the inter cooler and cut and move the steering box support bar.
nothing to purdy but it will work. Kinda curious what the plan is for the tranny cooler. if you see in the pics the old center bracket for the trans cooler is not going to fit any more. there is room in between the a/c cooler and the inter cooler but gonna need a different mount.

according to Dustins instructions the steering box support cross bar needs to be cut on the PS and lowered an inch to clear the oil pan. He says to heat the drivers side and bend it down once cut. I had some 3/8" flat bar so i used that to weld it back on once lowered.

Sweet! Have you received your controller for the trans yet?

Yea I got the trans controller two Fridays ago, along with the motor mounts and and adapter for the A/C system to use the manifold of the Toyota pump with the dodge pump, I think?

I don't want to be the weld police, but some of those welds don't look so hot. Looks like cold lap and lack of fusion on the vertical part. Did you mock up this weld, practice it and then cut coupons and test them?

I did a test on the bench with a piece of the flat bar. With just a 1/2" long weld I couldn't break it off.
But I know I am not much of a welder, but I never have a weld break on me yet.

Well got a call from Dustin today. Ends up a couple of the parts had a little design flaw so he got the shipments returned to him so he could fix it. He thought he could have it all shipped back out in the morning. We'll see....

Didn't have much to do today so I installed the gauge of my new boost, pyro, and trans temp.

I'm unfamiliar with this design. Are you dropping the support bar to clear the intercooler lines, or???

Well another week gone by with no parts even though he told me he would have them here Friday.

Today I was kinda board so I took the rusty front bumper and sanded it down and painted it with truck bed liner. Did the front grill too.
