Could make a neat chuck box/kitchen perhaps Italian Officer’s Field Desk

I've been in on this since the beginning of development. I am a forever fan of Coleman. I still have my 1980 I use for every trip
in the original cardboard box. It works great. Technology has not always been better, but for camp kitchen development, this is
an amazing stove and I was one of the first 5 to pay into kickstarter. I think a lot of you might like this one. I have no affiliation with
GSI, but I use their stuff. It suits me.

My morning coffee will happen faster now, which is a good thing! ☕

FYI. I wasn’t trying to sell the GSI stove. Just brought it up as storing and integrating
stove into a chuck box would be simpler if the stove fit. This is essentially the size of a
laptop. In the old days we called them Canoe Boxes, everything in one or two crates.
My current box is just too wide, so I’m hopeful I can make sit right in the rear corner
of the 60 against the wall behind the rear wheel well arch.
That Italian Officers Field Desk above would be perfect if 1/4” Baltic birch and a top
shelf. It’s identical to the one we have used for decades.

Here’s my chuck box. I used the instructions from REI but I changed the dimensions a little so it’s the same size as my Engel fridge.

Wowza.... I'm from the UK, I've never seen this set up before, where do you get the parts that turn it into a table please ?
@Theresaheadinit

I really nerded out on these medic boxes 5 or 6 years ago! I dug and dug and dug to try to find those legs, apparently they were offered in different heights based on the medic box that they would be supplied with. I have a bunch of (likely now expired) links of info that I gleaned through that researching and investigating.

I found those aluminum clamshell medic boxes came in different heights and I found legs 19-in set and an 8 and 1/2-in set on eBay.

I was very intrigued by the shallowest medic box.

SMALL box 32x19x7

STD box 32x19x11

XL 32x19x13

XXL 32x19x21
The larger sizes seemed more available. However. I even saw some in surplus stores in Indiana and Utah..
