Thanks but I am looking for a kito kit or hi quality rebuild kit. Mikes has this but he can’t verify fitment til carb is apart. Id like to have the kit on hand when I remove to rebuild

He does not have a shop, and he does not sell parts. He makes great carb rebuild videos though. Contact CruiserOutfitters for the proper rebuild kit for your year carb.

04211-61030 (which is the kit for 1977) shows superseded by -61024

The carb kit is not available from Toyota in the US.
The only carb kit still available is for the 21100-61012 non-US general market carburetor. And that kit is only available from abroad.
I‘d recommend contacting Cruiser Outfitters for the Kyster Japanese aftermarket kit.

It’s not like I made an informed decision or exercised discretion. I needed a kit and this was the only one my local parts store had in stock. I was just happy that they had one and I didn’t have to order it and wait for delivery.
