If I try and edit my signature, I get a nastygram:

Please correct the following errors:
  • Your signature is 198 character(s) too long.
  • Your signature may only have 0 link(s).
 
I was going to ask about this as well. I want to set up my signature as it was previously with the banner and a link to my vendor thread.
 
I got something about my signature being 9 lines too long :confused:
 
addressing now...the permissions layers for each usergroup are a little challenging :)
 
Vendor and Silver permissions are adjusted and "should" work...Gold and Moderators are next...

Its truly a small price. This site has saved me well over that in info alone. But then when you count all I've spent due to the mods I find here.....uh-oh.
 
Slight variant to this problem. When trying to change the formatting on my sig I get error "Signature is 1 line too long" Is this an error, or is this a new limit I need to work with?
 
A handful of sigs were turning into short stories, and becoming confusing with entire posts. :) For yours, the first 3 lines could easily be combined into one and the information would still be clear and intact.

I'm still looking at what limits should be...but they'll likely remain similar until more folks get theres adjusted down to the current setup.
 
I may be wrong, but it looks like you just changed the sigline background to be darker/more distinguishable. If so, it's a welcome change.
 
Signature Rules:
Before you can modify your signature, you must have passed the following conditions:

The number of posts you have created must exceed: 1 (Yours: 799)
The number of Likes you've received must exceed: 1 (Yours: 1)
The Like:post Ratio must exceed: -1% (Yours: 0%)
The number of days you have been registered must exceed: 0 (Yours: 973)
What am I doing Wrong? Do I need another like or something?
 
hmm...experimenting with a new spam blocking system...obviously it needs tweaking...

Should be corrected now :)
