Sam is that Ruby Bridge over the Madison, 14 miles south of Ennis?

A moab trip with my son on a cold April 2010 trip before my renewing project with the truck
First pic is where we camped after arriving late in the O-dark thirty timeframe.
Those water ponds in the distance are a mineral reclaimation operation of some sort.

West of Moab downstream on the Colorado River
and then doing Elephant Hill up and down. My son would NOT stay in the truck during the up/down
of the "hill" so he took the pics.

When out in the back country they keep the batteries topped off instead of using gas.

Looking at these now, my rig has come a long way in improvement. Will look better after the Monstaliner is applied to the roof.
It was running the 2F on OME lift, 31x10.5. On this trip I found out I needed a rear Locker on Elephant Hill.

I am well into the itching acting up and finishing the renewing project so as to get back "OUT THERE"........

.... love this thread. Whoever started it is a genius ;)

I couldn't agree more! :D

There's a club at my school that does and annual snow camping trip in Yosemite and its only a couple weeks away, I'm going to try to get signed up for it tomorrow. My cruiser still hasn't seen any noteworthy snow and I haven't camped in the snow before so I'm looking forward to it.

...now if only we could get some snow out here...:bang:

Snow camping is best. I do it a few times a winter. lack of bugs and criters is a plus.
