That green fly down there is our camp at Animas Forks a few miles east of Silverton, Colorado. No tents 'cause we're sleeping in the 'Cruisers. No 'Cruisers 'cause we're on the Engineer Pass road taking the picture.

This is looking west from Animas Forks. Our camp is just out of frame on the left. Elevation is about 11k'.

Yes sir!!!! We're friends with the kind gentlemen that owns the beach. We clear the debris from the yard and clean up the beach and he lets us camp there every once in a while!

we also had a nice rig variety.. boots' 4BT big 60, Poseidon's factory looking install of a 4BD1T into a built 80, and my crusty 1HZ powered 62

ended up having a smokey evening with haze coming all the way from the 36Pit fire above Estacada

Hi Fellas,
Here's my HJ60 'Mr.Brown' resting out on the west coast of Tas earlier this year. The second pic is from last month about 17000kms away from the first - almost 'home.'
He's now in our barn in S. Germany getting ready for his first ever roadworthy ( no such thing in Tas!) Happy camping.

Took my 60 on the Corral Hollow trail near Bear Valley, CA over the weekend and got to camp under some big aspens that had just turned color. The trail was easy and had great views, and it takes less than 4 hours for me to drive there so I will likely see this trail again in the future.
