I am a 100 series guy who just bought his first 40 today.. Sadly she will not be here for a month or two. I am having a 4link rear and soa done at proffitts before I take delivery. I have been wanting a 40 for years and I finally was able to get my hands on one. The pics are from proffits website. It's a 73 with around 2500 miles since restoration. Ramjet 350, th400, orion, saginaw, arb lockers and some other goodies..

Thanks AK.. I don't know how I'm going to be able to wait for it to get finished.

buy and drive

buy and drive can be a cool way to go especially with so many goodies already. Did Profitts do all the work?

Looks nice and I am looking forward to more pics when you get your hands on it.

It was hell waiting for mine!

(bigger is better:flipoff2:)

I'll try and get some more pics from proffitts. The rig was restored by proffit's about 4 years ago for an older guy who never really drove it. I was going to take delivery as it is but I figured I would want to do SOA right away. So, I figured I would let proffit's guys do the suspension, hydro steering and longfields before I get it delivered. I am still going to keep this rig street legal but it's going to sit on 37's and see alot of trail time. Thanks for all the reply's.

Well.... It's been about 9 months of waiting but it's finally here. The work done by the guys at proffitts came out great. I couldn't be happier with the finished product. I'll post some wheeling pics soon.
