Could you post some pictures? Also if you don't mind share with me your mod list and your personal experience with these. I just picked up an FZJ80 and I'm in love. It needs a lot of love (suspension wise) but these are the ultimate goal.

I would bet these are no longer available. EMS is pretty much closed up and no longer doing much cruiser business. All of the employees have gone seperate ways and the owner is working another fulltime job and only does EMS powered on the side.

That's a good question, but I dont have any good answers. There is an obvious 2" frame lift in the front from the PO, but I can't really tell what shocks/springs are on it. It's what was there when I bought it last year. Needless to say, it is enough to work well with the H1 37" tires on the road and casual trails. I don't know about hard rock climbing because that is not my thing. Love the tires, the look, and how it works for my needs. If you are a heavy trail rider, you might want to question further because that is not my thing.

Drive is great! Fuel consumption is another matter because I have not calculated it. I crossed a construction speed sign that said I was going 60 when my speedo said I was going 50 !!! I forgot about the 33 to 37 ratio so I will obviously have to recalculate my MPG. I don't think there will be a large effect once I factor that in.

Yeah I know all about speedos being way off. Stupid TN Highway Patrol! Well I look forward to hearing your calculations. By the way, which inserts did you end up using on the beadlocls?

Looks like the recenter 24 bolt wheels for me. No answer from EMS. Unless I can find one and use the 3D scanner so I can get em cnc'd.

You know they make steelies in 16.5 with the correct back spacing for under a Benjamin right?

Ah, so no solution to this then since EMS is gone besides press in?

Someone should take this up. It looks like a great set up

I agree, when my Interco's go I'm moving on to something like this.

Would one of the spacer / adapter machining company's not be able to machine some of these fairly easy ?
