You should have an insert between the O-Ring and the balance media.
Correct and you also have a nice sized port in that insert for the media to migrate to the O ring... This also allows the air to get from stem to tire...

Those wheels are a big pile of sex.
Working on that right now. Will let you guys know as soon as we have a price point set.
These wheels came from the military surplus warehouse with balancing weights already attached so they were balanced during use at some point. After we assembled them we drove on them for several days unbalanced and they were fine on the highway. I had all 4 balanced this morning and they balanced out very well and now ride very smooth with no vibrations.
Load rating on these 24 bolt wheels is 4080lbs per wheel. Max pressure is 50psi per wheel. The tires are load range "D". With 50psi max pressure. Load rating on these tires is 3850lbs per wheel. Even if you have a fully loaded and armored Land Cruiser I doubt you'll exceed even half the load capability of this wheel/tire combo.
Chevy 6 bolt or 8 bolt?
6 to 8 bolt. Like these:

I have a question! How do you balance those beadlocked wheels (in general)? Is dynamic balancing the only way??
Testing is all done. We are very comfortable with the quality and strength of these adapters. Pricing and ordering information will be posted later tonight.
The suspense is building.....
I think you should do a count down and announce it at midnight. (Disregard that, just post it![]()
