The bad it started its life in the town of seaside in nor cal. Looks like it was used to pull a boat as only the rear had any noticeable rust. Seemed every bolt was built to break. Ha

Recently picked up new drag and tie links from Slee. Capped them with 555s we shall see need to paint them up. And have new HC DELTA VS radius arms inbound. Still need to pull the diffs and axles
I did buy all new OEM hardware for the rebuild including bolts and nuts.

My newest endeavor has been stopping the leaks. The left side of the motor was pretty well caked with oils and gunk. I have replace the pushrod cover gasket. Timing gear and front oil seal and valve cover gaskets. All were cleaned and resprayed with steel-it. Gray.

That's looking fantastic! You have been very busy. 🍻

Got some goodness going on new hubs rotors and spindles because why not. Plus all new OEM hardware. Spindle nut and washer numbers in the third pic hub to rotor bolts in the forth and hub hardware last if you ever need part numbers.

How on earth did you get the frame so clean and manage to paint it without hitting anything else? Looks as good as a frame off resto!

Thanks it’s been a long haul.

While replacing the body mounts I raised the body about 5-6” to work around the right areas I then wire wheeled with a hand held grinder with a stainless brush and the sanded and sprayed polyurethane stainless steel imbedded Steel-it
