This LHD 1982 BJ 42 is a Canadian 24volt cold weather spec cruiser was "restored" 15yrs or so ago and is showing its age on the paint. Some rust in hood and cowl edges. 260K Km but will change as I drive it alot. It looks great still but isn't a con-course resto. I preferred this since I DD this truck... nice enough to take to a shows but not to nice to wheel. It has a 3/4 Aqualu tub, alum fenders and bib . I have rebuilt the head and replaced the head gaskets at the same time I swapped the H55 and FJ60 power steering. All units were gone threw and seals replace by Winberly4wd in Texas. I also had a New clutch, master and slave install at the same time. I have replace the front seat with new Smittybilt contour seat and matching console, the rear seat is a Bestop TJ seat which is forward facing for my small kids to ride in. I have a Sony CD player with 24 volt converter in the console. The hardtop need restoraion I will includeit in the sale ... but I perfer to run the Kay line soft and currenty have the soft door on as well.. I have refreshed the alternator and installed a rebuilt starter as well as 2 Yellow top Battery's. Brake calipers , wheel cyl and master cly along with shoes and pads have all been replaced as well. The suspensions is 2.5 Pro comp with New Prorunner shocks and Advanced handling shackle reversal with 33 1250r15 Procomp XM/T2 on 15x10 0589 wheels ... ARB hockey mask front bumper with a 24 volt 8274 winch and a rear 4plus bumper with cooler rack. The lighting has been upgraded with a 50 in Pro comp LED bar with 2 flood pods on the bumper and Truck light led Head lights. I also install a alum Snorkle. It drives very nice and can hold 65 easy and 75 with some work. I have a Isuzu Turbo and manifold and most of the parts to turbo it that will go along with the sale. As it sets my best mileage was 29 MPG and it averages with mostly city/stop-n-go at 15-19... and the smell and clatter of the mighty 3B is AWSOME ... it wont get you there fast but it'll go anyplace. I hate to sell it... I will never get another one but need the money for other things ...my loss you gain... I have replaced just about every ware item on this truck and would hop in it and drive it anyplace.
