it might have been a BJ but now it looks like a 1HZ (as Daryl said) and if i am not mistaken it looks like a turbo'd one to boot...
nice rig, i could see myself in one of those...
cheers and thanks for the photos...

Hi everybody!

Daryl and Wayne! It's a BJ75 originaly, with a 1HD-T from a HDJ80! The only prob with this thing, the brakes are original BJ 75! and the thing is SUA with 35in tyres! I don't know how much he's put in there, but there's tons of money! ARB in front, original LSD in the back, GPS roll cage (homemade one thought!)

Bye!

Max.

OK......I can buy that, never seen one like that before. Or maybe its a bug zapper :D

Vegard, the manual gearbox and T case are from the 80 IIRC! The only thing he didn't take was the rear electric locker, which he should have!

Bye.

Max.

OK, Max, this piques my interest enough to lure me out from lurking :) How the heck did he fit the 80 gearbox and transfer into the BJ75 frame? One, did it clear the crossmember behind the transfer case? By my own measurements, even on the shortest version the box would hit the tubular crossmember. Two, does he still have a bench seat or bucket seats in the front? The transfer shifter would come out from under the bench seat.

heck, on both side of the pond!
