The issue I am struggling with now is the mounting points. The holes on my steering arm and frame bracket (and as measured on the old dead OME stabilizer) is 13.35mm or 17/32" or 0.526".
Now, I understand Bilstein refers to the "top" of their units as the ones that are upwards when the label is readable, so in this case the pass-through bolt is 12.7mm inside diameter of the bushing. That would mean finding one of these with 12.7mm cantilever shaft to fit through the bushing and 13.35mm for the frame mount side. Or cutting off the frame mount and welding in a 12.7mm bracket.
On the bottom side I understand that "cantilever" mount to refer to the tapered shaft, but no specifications are listed for that tapered shaft. Anyone know if that will mate to the 13.35mm hole in the arm or frame bracket?
Something like this looks like a way to mount the "top"?
