The difference is that they're compensating for something

The picture is from when the rain let off.

Saved $30 on foam by using swimming noodles. Secured them with duct tape, not pictured here.

Then I mounted the kayak and now I'm heading out. Unless of course it rains again.

I just spent a couple of minutes to read this thread and I'm impressed!

They are all a work in progress!
Nice Job and have fun with this FJ62 !
Thanks for reading thru it. I can't take any credit for it, I just followed the best examples on this forum.

Mike, you need a rear bumper with a ladder! ;) Pool noodles work great as padding.

Looks like fun bro.

J,
Sent you a PM. I've been away this past few weeks, I really missed my truck. That kayak is solid on there with the roof rack. Will be using it more than the rtt for the next few weeks.
After I re gear the next step is a test bumper.

was going through some old videos and saw this one.

Big Red has come a long way and has more distance to cover.

Great looking truck!!

Thanks, where are you in Texas?

Mike, 3rds are packaged up and in the truck for a tomorrow drop off at UPS....

J

J,
that's great. I'm excited. I won't be able to get to them until I'm back from training, so hopefully at the end of the month.

Nice view ;)
