J it's really no rush since I'm swamped every weekend this month, but I would like to get it done in early June so we can hit the beach again. Let me know your timeline, I can buy a buddy's 3rds here and ship you mine if it's gonna be a while.

Had a pretty interesting weekend. Took Big Red to Lake Travis, saw there was a peninsula that grew there from the lack of rain. I still blame all those Californians for moving here and using up our water ( stealing our jobs and our women too I guess)

Sorry this was the only picture I snapped of Big Red. There were tons of people who just wanted to talk to me about the "go anywhere" rig. I jut wanted to swim.
The highlight of my weekend by far and this isn't tech so be prepared is meeting this guy.
That's 80 year old retired Green Beret First Sergeant Bill Creager. Father of Texas country singer Roger Creager. He was in Korea and in Vietnam and was one of the most humble and down to earth people I've met. He saw things that Hollywood always manages to either glorify or misrepresent. When he got on stage and sang a Spanish song with his son he brought the house down. I didn't have the video of him singing it yesterday but I found one he did in San Antonio almost a year ago.
He may be 80, but he still has one hell of a grip in his handshake.
On July 26 there will be an attempt on breaking the record for floating the river in New Braunfels. Both he and Roger intend on being there. I plan on making it as well,if anyone is interested we can have a group float.

So you have over a month and a half to clear your schedule for the river float.
Also there's a lot more to the lake/evening story, it involves lots alcohol, tons of nudity and a huge sunburn on my ass. However none of it is tech related so I'll post that stuff up on another forum.

When I drink, I speak perfect Espanol (don't know how to do the wavy thing over the N). When i'm sober, not so much.And you have a month to learn to sing in Spanish.

In other news a fat man told me via email that I have no exprience in a job I applied for. I had been doing that job for at least ten years. I wonder if he read my resume at all. Debating on whether to go talk to him or let it slide.

Getting ready for the lake then this happens.
You probably couldn't tell but it's raining hard. We didn't make any plans because it was supposed to rain all weekend, we got nothing until now.
