So I've been slacking on this build thread. Busy with work and the other vehicles. One update on big red is the adapter bracket holding the AC and alternator might need a little modification. The current alternator on there is an industrial type that came with the engine and the replacement I have goes on a ram 2500 from 1998. The diameters are about an inch off.
I also replaced the fan shroud on the 911. The magnesium one was collapsing and beginning to rub with the fan. So I found an aftermarket one made of aluminum.
To keep this Toyota centric I'll post a pic of my buddy Lee's @LKirk302 tacoma truck. He can tell you the story if he wants. The truck started and rolled on its own power to get to the side of the road. I think he's a life long Toyota fan now.
