How is everyone finishing these panels. powder coat/wet paint/fabric. Just curious. looking forward to the end product

Ok guys, I finally got some free time today to finish out the first couple of sets. Sorry for the delay on these. Waiting on my rig to get back from the shop to make sure everything is just right.

I had to play with where to weld and not weld to keep these from twisting earlier. All final visible edges/seams are fully welded and dressed out.

Also, I have had several PM's about the belt chaffing on the stainless edge. I made the length of these to work with the OEM belt guide. The belt web does NOT touch the stainless cover anywhere. If you do not have the OEM belt guides you can buy a chair leg glide and glue it to the cover to keep the belt away from the edge. (see last pic)

I can now get these finished. Thanks for your patience.

Jason

Please post installs still don't know how I will finish it. Also no clue what a chair leg guide is. Amazon link? Thanks

ALL HAVE SHIPPED!

Spare set is SOLD. None available.

Once I get moved, I will get another order going in mild steel.

Darn! Wish I knew there was a spare set. Would like to get on the list for future stainless runs.

Just got mine, super nice! Thanks for making these! Going to go try and color match some sepia brown at the powder coaters tomorrow!

Just need a few more pieces of plastic to be turned into metal on these rigs and they should be indestructible.

Thanks, Most of the credit has to go to my CAD guy, he/they do great work and are easy to get along with.

Mine are waiting at home on my doorstep. Excited to see them in person!

Glad you like K,

Have you heard from Schruff? I have 2 sets boxed up for him and he is AWOL...

Negative. I had text into him a few weeks ago to see how the fixes from the flooding was coming - nothing back. Hoping insurance isn't effin him over.

That's what I was thinking... Flood issues and just busy life in general, but he usually gets back to me quicker...
