Temporarily installed to diagnose any issues. Added jacking point on top corners. Added angle/tabs to support wings. Parking sensors, lights, swing arms to follow. Swing arms only to used for off-roading/camping trips. I need heavier springs/shocks in back.

Looks beefy and strong

Thanks. Once painted black bumper will blend right in.

I especially like how you relocated the trailer wiring harness to the bumper.

I find the current location just plain sucks - aside from having to get down on my knees to see the plug, it's far enough to the side that I need to leave a lot of slack in the wire from my trailer in order to not rip the harness off on a hard left turn. That results in the wire hanging fairly low when driving, or possibly touching the ground during a hard right turn.

Space is very limited behind the bumper to relocate the 7 pin connector. With LED lights, four parking sensors and mounting brackets and factory hitch cross member, I was able to do this relocation by trimming the plastic ears of the factory trailer connector and by removing the tail end plastic cover. I will need to reseal the plastic trailer plug end to be water proof. I did this mod on my tundra as well and I was able to replicate again on the LC.

Testing swing arms and making adjustment

How much will you be selling these puppies for? You can throw a few on the roof rack and sell in Ouray... :)

Puppies are still under R&D phase. I will be testing them at Ouray and Moab. Truck squats with all that weight. I hope to have everything button up before trip. Maybe minus paint or powder coat.

New weight is always something to take a while to adjust. Looks great. Good job
