I was able to tinker with vafm and now rig is running much better. Throttle response is much better. I just need to figure out rich/lean setting by taking it to a smog shop and dial the afm. It was running rich and it just smoked cats. I leaned the afm but wanted to fix it before installing new cats.

Built a battery holder and hooks. Also, finished welding holes on fenders and tail gate. Started sanding the entire truck to prep for paint. Applied glue to the hood structure to fix hood flapping.

Bought a oil pressure tester as my dash gauge is not showing any oil pressure. I have tried three different oil pressure sender units and they all show no pressure. Test gave me relief as pressure is good.

Pressure at idle seems to be in spec.

Completed rear heater delete. This mod is very simple. I looked up few threads which help me understand how to do it. I am gonna leave disconnected metal pipe for rear heater in place. I will remove heater blower underneath the passenger seater and cap off opening in the floor.

Where did you get the injectors?

Spray painting plastic pieces is easy. But, vinyl pieces are challenging.

Which pieces are plastic and which ones are vinyl? And how have the vinyl ones held up so far?

See picture of the dash below. It's been close to one year and paint still looks ok on Vinyl. I have not done door panels yet.

Really?? I googled them because they didn't show up on ePay and they are an "auto dismantler". Do you have a part number or anything?

I guess the more important question is would you buy them again?

I had no idea they were dismantlers. Here is copy of my invoice with item number and description. They came with five year warranty. I don't have issues with them. Yes, I would get them again if necessary. Throttle response is good too.
