It seems that the VSC or ATRAC is activating on the front too often. I noticed that when I am turning at low speeds in driveways and parking lots and taking off from a stop, also pulling into a driveway then (going from about 25mph slowing down and turning if it hits even a small puddle it slips and beeps and the abs goes off).
It always happens when the road surface is a little slippery but it also happens when the road is dry and grippy and I turn and give it some gas it will happen.
Just seems odd to me. Does this seem normal, maybe I am not used this stuff.
Any ideas?

Yes. I had that happen to me and it was a seized caliper causing the wheel sensor to think it was losing traction and triggering vsc and ATRAC. Inspect and replace to naughty component.

Or it could just be the wheel speed sensor.
That's the first thing I'm going to check when I get a chance. Is there a way to check and see if they're working correctly or just see if they are visually damaged or dirty?

It's easier to check calipers than it is to figure out if a wheel sensor is faulty.

I am planning to take apart all 4 calipers anyways and rebuild them, it is about time and I need to replace everything on the rear brakes soon.

Not without data monitoring. It'll probably visually look fine since you don't have a warning light on and it's giving a reading.

Wait, do the vsc zero point calibration before you start tearing the calipers apart. Your lift and alignment could have caused it to be on the threshold of activation.

Well that could definitely explain why my wife never complained about this when she was driving it all stock, I didn't drive it much when it was stock, now that it is lifted I have been driving it a lot and have started to notice this.
I will do this asap, thank you!

I have not noticed this problem happening much after doing a zero point calibration, but the other day I made a tight 180 degree right hand turn going up hill on a paved road at about 15mph and ATRAC or VSC kicked in.
No traction was lost and it is not like I was driving aggressively so I do not see why ATRAC/VSC would turn on in that situation if it was working correctly. I will be cleaning, inspecting, and probably rebuilding the brake calipers soon, maybe they have something to do with it...
