They're pretty thick. When I searched I had a hard time finding pics of them. As I recall they are an even multiple of 10mm, maybe 60mm? I could measure one tomorrow if you want.

It would be awesome if you could get the length, inner diameter and outer diameter! Would allow new ones to be made to spec.

Got my jump seats bolted in with my roll cage. Starting to look like a 40! Also finally snapped my jack rods into place, love the details!

Did you check to see if the wiper motor cover will rub on the hood with the windshield folded down? Mine does and I'm not sure why...

Check and make sure your cover isn't upside down.

I installed the OEM wiring harness fasteners to the frame and thought I would post some pics. The fasteners are still available from Toyota.

Is that a factory heat shield plate under the tub? Can't say I recall ever seeing that before.

Yes, its one of the two factory shields that I had powder coated to kinda resemble what the original coating looked like.

Actually I used 5 but I think it only had 4 from the factory Roma. Let me know if there isn't any more, I think I have one extra and maybe you could use it to make more.

Beautiful Rig and good job on the rebuild!!! Certainly a lot of attention to detail and I like the skid plates color as it add a lot of light to a location that is normally painted black. Nice touch.

Thanks guys, I just got my floor mats from Cruiser Corps and will post pics tomorrow. Just got in from installing the inner door hinges, what a PIA with the drivers side upper!

Can someone explain the installation of the dash pad to me? I assumed it just slid over the sheet metal lip that juts out from the dash and screws into the dash and a few locations. I heard I need another metal bracket that was thrown out by mistake. I was planning on going with a TPI replacement dash or one from FJ40dash, but want to make sure I have everything I need first.

I used some vinyl paint and touched up the Steering wheel center and also sprayed my air deflectors with some Eastwood 2K primer and than sprayed them a satin black, came out like new.

Also finally stripped the belly pan down and got a couple coats of Chassis Saver on it, also an action shot of the kids using the jump seats.
