I agree would be great if someone had the ability to reproduce the duct used with A/C. Last time I checked there were a number of evaporators close to the style Toyota used. If your really wanting to try a cool a FJ40 in summer heat probably not the best option. We have two DDs with climate control for that. The rare times I would even go out wheeling in the heat would use my FJ62. For me as much as anything it would be to have the ability to close the windows on dusty roads when it's warm out. Never thought is was that much fun wheeling when it was too hot to get out of the vehicle.
