This! I installed a Bilstein lift and left a rake on my LC. I went and looked at the stock setting on the adjustment. It was at the bottom on the lower attachment. I moved it as far up as it would go and that lowered the headlights a significant amount....enough I believe that I wouldn't need any longer of an adjustment.

Well I adjusted mine again and it's much more in the sweet spot... cutoff on the cars ahead is just below their mirrors for the most part, and low beams when I'm out in the dark are pretty decent again, would be better if it was just a touch higher, but I'm going to make sure no one flashes me for a while just to make sure i'm in a good spot here, it's pretty easy to adjust now.
All said, my linkage is probably 1.5" longer than stock now, and I slid the lower bolt all the way down to the lowest setting. I probably have a 2" lift... OME 440/430.

Based on your info, I loosened the oem nut, slid the bolt up almost to the top and tightened it back up. When I started the LC up the headlights auto adjusted. So far in the last 10 days haven't had a single person flash me.

They suggest starting at 90mm and the bottom of the slot, then adjusting from there.
90mm is closer to 4" (3.54").
Weber/Redline makes a 4" linkage - 99006.134 - which I'm going to try. It has a 3.5-4.5" range.

gday all , 2020 sahara,, anyone have pics to show me ware and how to adjust the self-leveling headlights from under the car? as i have put bar work on the vehicle now there to high,,, apparently i can do this from under the car as im thinking it would be quicker than doing each headlight ...

hmmm so one person needed 4.25" to adjust and one needed about 2.5"

Yes, I believe the auto-level came with the 2016+ LED headlights and their very sharp beam cutoff.
Also may have something to do with the PCS/stability control but that is pure speculation on my part.

Yes, that's why the headlight adjustment was needed.
I've got the Bilstein lift, F&R - Front set at 5th clip - approx 2.5 inches total
Does yours do this self adjustment calibration when you start the car? My 2017 doesn’t.

My 2017 is and I assumed the calibration is skipped due to the sensor being maxed-out.
Yes lifted. I made an extended bracket and now headlight point too low. Gonna do measured adjustment this weekend.
But still no calibration dance.
I dont think my 2021 auto levels and its all stock. I feel like it used to when we first got it but now I just ignore the bright lighters at night. Any way to check and see other than the oblivious?
In response to the auto adjust "dance" discussed above and shown in the video... We may not have received the same auto adjusting setup in our US headlamp assembly. I found a used 2020 Sahara on an Aussie for sale website, put the VIN in partsouq and found these parts which I do not believe are equipped on our trucks stateside. You can see the versions of 200 series that they are fitted to.

Thats good to know. We just got shafted all around on the US headlights. No DRL (which Im working on), No auto adjustment.

There should be a dash light that comes on momentarily at start up that should then go off, mine lights up momentarily. If it stays on, then there is a problem with the system. I would assume Toyota would not have a warning light for a system that is not installed on our trucks. There also would not be a rotational sensor on the rear suspension if there was no auto headlight adjustment system.
