96 jdm import, oregon, selling seats and spare mount

Using the vehicle for USPS, it's a right hand drive import and wanting to sell the front passenger seat and rear seats along with the mounted swing arm for the spare tire. I was wondering if there is anyone in Oregon or if someone knows where in Oregon would be a good place to sell them since Imports are hard to find. If I can't find anything I'll just go to the local junkyard

I might be interested in the spare tire mount, but I have the funky JDM thingy that I think is some kind of hitch? I want to get rid of it, but I haven't found a rear bumper that I think I want - yet. Maybe a TG bumper?
