Springs are easy.
Install bushing into the ends of the springs.
Jack up truck.
Support FRAME with jack stands.
Remove wheels.
Remove sway bar links.
Remove shocks.
Lower axle to take the weight off, but keep something under it to keep the axle from stretching the brake line. Remove brake line if necessary.
Remove u-bolts and spring plates.
On the front: Remove two 10mm bolts, then the spring pin on the front pin. Remove rear spring pin at the shackle.
On the rear: Remove spring pin at the shackle. On the front, pray ... hard.
The front eye on the rear spring can be a bitch. The spring bushing has a steel sleeve that the bolt runs through. That sleeve has a bad habit of rusting to the bolt, making the bolt impossible to remove. If this happens be prepared with a sawzall to cut the bolt just inside the spring hanger.
Solution? I think it was 4Crawler that sold an 18mm bolt. You drill out the spring hanger to 18mm, and never, EVER, use that sleeve again. Just be aware that the bolts he has sold in the past hit the gas tank. It will put a hole in the tank ... ask how I know.
Reverse above operation to install.
Frankly, you shouldn't have that much lift without first installing cross-over steering.
